How long until I'm working?
Our RDA program runs about 12 weeks — In-Person at our Longview campus or Online from home. We help every graduate prepare for the job search and introduce them to hiring East Texas offices.
Do I need previous dental experience?
No. Many of our students come in with no prior dental background. The curriculum and the trainers are designed for someone walking in cold. If you can show up, want to learn, and care about patients, you'll do well.
What makes the PDA trainers different from "online courses"?
Online courses show you what software looks like. Our trainers are software — fully interactive, with 25 sample patients, charts you actually mark, claims you actually submit, prescriptions you actually write. It's the difference between watching cooking videos and standing at the stove.
Will my certificate be recognized by Texas dental offices?
Yes. Our curriculum aligns with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners RDA registration requirements. Graduates are positioned to register as RDAs and start applying for positions. We introduce graduates to hiring East Texas offices.
Can I make payments instead of paying upfront?
Yes for In-Person: $3,000 paid in full, or $3,500 on a plan ($500 down + $3,000 balance, up to 12 payments). Online is $997 one time and is non-refundable, but 100% transfers as credit toward the In-Person program within 90 days.
Where is the school located?
Our campus is in Longview, TX. Students attend from Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Kilgore, Henderson, Gladewater, and surrounding East Texas towns. Trainer access is online, so you can practice from anywhere with internet.
What if I don't like it after enrolling?
Online: non-refundable — but transferable in full to In-Person credit if it isn't right for you. Your money is never lost.
In-Person ($3,000 paid in full, or $3,500 on a plan): pro-rated refund per Texas state proprietary-school guidelines. Submit withdrawal in writing (email is fine); refunds process within 30 days.
