I'll be straight with you: I'm not a doctor, and I didn't come from some corporate training company. I sat exactly where you are right now — I took this same course, at this same school.

I earned my RDA and went to work chairside in an East Texas dental office. I learned fast that the hardest part of the first day isn't the dentistry — it's the software, the charting, the insurance, and the rhythm of a real practice that no classroom ever taught me.

I put my head down, did the work, and built a real career from it. Eventually I was asked if I wanted to take this school over — so I bought it. That's how I became the owner: not handed anything, just a regular person who went through this program and made it work.

Now I run Premier Dental Academy with one mission: every graduate walks into their first office already fluent — because I lived the gap, and I'm not about to send my students into it.
