The plain-English version

You can use the free preview of our trainers for any educational purpose. When you enroll as a paying student, the program is non-transferable and tied to your account. We'll teach you what we promised; you'll show up and put in the work. If either side doesn't hold up their end, we'll work it out fairly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Our In-Person and Online programs are designed for adult learners pursuing Registered Dental Assistant credentials in Texas.

Refund & transfer policy

Online program — $397 limited-time sale

At the $397 promotional price, the Online program is non-refundable. You are receiving full access to digital curriculum and software-trainer tools that retail for significantly more, sold at a price-test discount. Because the product is delivered immediately and consumed digitally, no monetary refunds are issued at this price tier.

Transfer option in lieu of refund: If the Online format isn't the right fit for you, you may apply 100% of your $397 payment as a credit toward our In-Person program tuition. This is offered as a courtesy so no student loses what they paid. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the original purchase.

In-Person program — $1,997 (pro-rated)

The In-Person program follows Texas state proprietary-school refund guidelines:

Pro-rated refund: If you withdraw, we refund your paid tuition minus the value of the curriculum weeks you've already attended. The pro-rata calculation is based on the percentage of the program's clock hours / instructional weeks completed as of the withdrawal date.
Refund window: Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing (email to hello@premierdentalacademyoflongview.com is sufficient). Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of the written withdrawal.
Non-refundable items: Application/registration fees, books, kits, and any materials already issued to the student are non-refundable once delivered.
Special circumstances: Medical emergencies, military deployment, and other documented hardships are reviewed case-by-case in line with Texas state rules. Contact Amanda directly to discuss.
No additional "satisfaction" guarantee is offered beyond what is required by Texas state regulations.

Trainer use

The practice management trainers (Practice Pro, ChairSide) are licensed for personal educational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them to operate a real dental practice. The trainers contain only fictional data; do not enter real patient information into them.

Job placement

We make every effort to introduce graduates to hiring East Texas dental offices, but we do not guarantee employment.

Certifications

Our PDA Certificate of Completion is awarded upon finishing the curriculum. It is an in-house certificate, not a state license; Texas RDA registration is a separate process with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Our curriculum prepares you for that registration, but it is your responsibility to complete it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the trainers or website to harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt to compromise our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled students.
